Were you looking for an actual Dr. Stone review? Then you should definitely head on to Crow’s World of Anime. Not only does it have our review of this week’s Dr. Stome episode, but it’s also full of wonderful anime episode reviews of airing and classic series!
What I have to offer is a bunch of screencaps! What can I say, stick to your strengths! And my strength is looking at all the pretty picture 🙂

When I was little teal was my favourite colour and I have been finding my love for the colour renewed lately. It’s not a very common colour in anime though. That’s why it stood out to me when I saw it used as a prominent part of the palette in The Daily Life of the Immortal King. Well, it’s also used as an accent colour in Dr. Stone. It’s not as prevalent but because the colours in Dr. Stone are so saturated and bright it really jumps out at you when it’s there.
I’m saying Ukyou has pretty eyes.

I really like little Ryusuui’s design. He looks exactly as he should. Obviously, it’s way easier to have child versions of the characters in anime than in live-action shows but I still appreciate when a de-ageing design is done well.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, Francois(e) is one of the best character designs in the show. I love how the hairstyle exaggerates the already odd football shape of the head and yet the character fits in without looking like an alien. I mean, everyone sort of looks like an alien in Dr. Stone.

Have you noticed how unusual the profiles are in this show? Not bad or weird just striking. There’s something unusual about them. And I can’t quite put my finger on why.
Also the skys are fun. Fire Force also has really fun skys.

Great screen shots! They definitely express the personalities of the characters very well. I think my favorite one is with the quote “Not that I plan on going” they look so wonderfully evil while they are laughing! Love it!
The Dr Stone Characters have some dubious morals…
