Wowwy…we are really getting down to the wire here. Admittedly I am putting this post together a bit earlier than usual so some reviews may come out in the coming hours but still. We’ve lost at least another half dozen posts if not more.

I was half joking last week when I mentioned that this post would eventually end up as a collection of Promised Neverland reviews but it’s starting to look as if that could be an actual possibility. Not that I have anything against that. The show mixes in a lot of interesting themes and asks some pretty probing questions. This in turn makes for good posts to read. But I do feel a smidge bad for the other shows.

I’m pretty sure BoggiePop just destroyed a lot of people’s posting schedules with all those episodes at once but for the rest. That’s why seasonal posters that manage to stick around are so impressive to me. It’s genuinely hard to keep up with anime! So go give all these guys a little love and a read, will ya!

practicing for when this becomes a Neverland post…

I'm much nicer than I seem, we should be friends!

I think that if I learned how to make anime-like videos on YouTube, I would be able to promote myself for my dream-careers… Cynthia Quiterio, start the lessons!

It’s not a stretch to say that Neverland is the most talked-about show this season. Dororo, Boogiepop and Mob Psycho 100 aren’t doing badly either. Expected more people to talk about Shield Hero, but there’s just not that much going on currently (it’s really repetitive). Maybe that’s it? Maybe fewer people are watching than I thought would?

or maybe I’m missing half e reviews. This said there’s also less blogs dedicated to episode reviews today than just a few seasons ago s there’s that as well

    • Brooke Cannon says:

It’s true, it gets talked about A LOT!

Reply to Dawnstorm. WHY DO MY COMMENTS NEVER GO WHERE I WANT THEM!?!?!?!?!?!?

        • Dawnstorm says:

Actually, your reply does show up as a reply to me. All replys go below the post you reply to, but indented, with the first reply being directly under the post, the next post under that one, etc.

If you reply to a post that’s a reply, you’ll end up directly beneath that post, but again indented (look at your reply to yourself for an example). I know you were replying to me, because, even though your post is directly below Irina’s, it’s not indented.

It would be possible that new replies go directly under the post you reply to, even if there are already replies, but then you’d push other replies down the queu, and if someone were to reply after you, they’d push yours down the line, too – so there’s little else you can do.

At some point the software doesn’t allow anymore replies (or eventually replies might be narrower than a single letter, which is impossible), and that’s when you have to reply to some other post above this one, and if others join that conversation it gets really confusing. When that happens it’s a good idea to quote the post, just to be sure.

But situations like your first reply to my post really aren’t confusing for me, because I’m used to the system. I’m sure you’ll get used to it, too, once you figure out why it happens. 🙂

Boogiepop really did manage to be quite the disruption. I’d just figured out how to get my posting schedule back in line with anime releases by the end of next week and then it does that. Oh well. I’m mostly just going to keep chipping away at it in between other reviews at this point.

Leave me a comment and make my day!
