I have seen (and liked) a surprising number of these! But this moody dystopian thing is kinda my jam. I might also add Texhnolyze (perhaps the grimmest anime ever made), and Ghost in the Shell to this list.
Yes! Ergo Proxy is very cyberpunky! Though it also is a bit goth, so it’s not quite as techy as it could be.
