Can you all believe it!?!
We actually made it to the SECOND I Drink and Watch Anime and Discover New Anime Blogs post! Yeah…I had a whole month and I didn’t come up with a better title.
For those of you who are new here, let me catch you up! (It’s the same as last week so you return readers, first Thank You, second, feel free to skip this part!). I love discovering new anime blogs and have met some great people that way but it’s not always easy to do. I also find that those first months, when it seems no one at all is reading your stuff, can be extremely discouraging and we lose some great bloggers that way.
So in an effort to both find new blogs I can enjoy and encourage them a bit to keep going, I’ve decided to put together this monthly post where I can share my discoveries with you. These are blogs that haven’t gathered up a huge following yet but probably will soon and that I happen to discover this past month. Hopefully you’ll find a blog you like and add a touch of entertainment to your life!
But this isn’t what you’re all here for, is it? No ways, you can hear me endlessly drone any old day. Now let’s get to the good stuff!
I WATCHED AN ANIME
Clearly I loves me a descriptive and honest blog title! It’s been a while since I found a blog that focused on full series reviews and I must say it’s great to see a new one come up. I know how challenging it can be to keep up with watchin and reviewing entire seasons so I hope they keep watching an anime… That pun worked better in my head. See this is why I need an editor!
As if entertaining reviews weren’t enough, I Watched An Anime is a particularly positive site that seems to unconditionally love all anime. It makes me happy. Check it out if you enjoy being happy…
The Con Artists
The Con Artists have been watching The Promised Neverland and I KNOW you guys love watching, reviewing and reading about The Promised Neverland. Don’t even try to pretend otherwise!
I myself am unhelpfully cheerleading the show so if you want an actual balanced review that examines both the strengths and weaknesses of this show, make sure you visit the Con Artists. I look forward to seeing what else they have to say!
Nico’s Blog
This blog is Brand Spankin New but already there’s a post on The Girl Who Leapt Through Time, which is a great way to capture my heart! I do hope Nico keeps going because it’s good start.
You should all go encourage Nico as well. There’s nothing more exciting than people noticing your posts for the first time. It’s so exciting in fact that you may get to feel some of it vicariously!
Dragonas Talk
Ok so, true story, I just started watching Kino’s Journey and BAM, Dragonas Talk just appears in my reader all ready to discuss the episodes with me. I think they might e watching me. And I don’t even mind if it’s going to make me discover wonderful blogs like this!
Also, I really want this Rokudo and this Hibari. And now I know where to get them..Awesome!
Weeb the People
You know how you always tell me you love incisive researched posts on original anime topics that you can’t just find anywhere… Well you can find them at Weeb of the People.
I was literally discussing my fears regarding the Battle Angel Alita movie since Gunnm was my favourite childhood manga and it turns out that all the information and deep discussion I was looking for was right here. If you’re craving the elusive anime essayist – your long search is over!
REILVREIN
Variety is the spice of life and Reilvrein has your anime variety covered. Whether you want to listen to some awesome anime music, have fun perusing top lists or read up on anime reviews Iki’s got you covered with a warm, style full of personality and heart.
Iki is one of those people who says their English isn’t great but write these fantastic posts which make you wish you could talk a second language that well. And did I mention Iki has the best taste in shonens? Cause yeah!

Look at this site! It’s gorgeous! Is it a professional site? It should be. It’s certainly written well enough for that (I really enjoyed Zombieland Saga that’s why I chose hat posts but I really could have picked anything on the site…. see here’s an awesome one about Fruits Basket)
I have an uneasy feeling that I may be the last person to hear about this site but humour me, will you? I’m slow but I’m nice…
So? SOOOO???? Did I do good? Are you excited about all these awesome new blogs?!? Did you already know about all of them? Wait, don’t answer that last one.
By the way, if you ever want to oshare an awesome blog with me, that would be great! You can never have too many wonderful blogs in your life. Ok maybe you can, but I’m not there yet!
