Friday Hunt – Hunter X Hunter challenge week 23

So we go from one extreme to another. To be honest the right answer here is Feitan. I’ve already described what an antisocial jerk this guy is (love him). I have a feeling if I choose him fr this answer, it will just end up being the same post, so I’ll go with choice no 2.

Illumi’s most welcoming look

Least friendly character

Illumi… Ok this may just be an excuse to discuss my favorite alien shampoo model. I really could have gone with Miluki as well but since we don’t really see him interacting with people outside his family, it seems unfair to judge.

Illumi isn’t exactly unfriendly but he is the least friendly because he is the least everything. I should probably clarify that. It’s not that Illumi is antisocial but he doesn’t have any interest in anyone. Except, you know.

awww, obviously a super healthy relationship

As an entirely emotionless character, more than capable of  holding his own against Rei or Yuki Nagato (and they’re not exactly human), it’s difficult to even imagine Illumi attempting to be friendly. He would certainly never have any desire to do so. It’s a bit of a mystery how Hisoka and him ever became “friends” in the first place. Admittedly he did seem a bit more approachable as Gittarackur which is really weird when you think about it.

Since Illumi doesn’t seem to have any actual desires, he will naturally not feel any need for companionship of any kind. The man is truly an island and perfectly satisfied to remain as such.
